If you are absolutely sure you did everything correctly, it may be that your bank or credit card issuer declined the transaction. This may happen if they think the transaction is not within your usual transaction pattern. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer and ask why they declined it and explain that it is really you who is making this transaction. They should then give you permisssion to try again.
