This Race/Sport 2 piece motorcycle suit for Men consists of two parts: a jacket and pants. These two pieces can be connected to each other with a zipper but can also be worn separately.

Safety features of the Atem v4

This Alpinestars leather racing suit is made of Aramid, Cowhide leather which provides optimal protection. is often used in all sorts of motorcycle wear since leather is known for being abrasion resistant and durable. This leather is widely available and more budget-friendly than for example kangaroo leather.. This two-piece racing suit is provided with CE Level 1 elbow , CE Level 1 shoulder, CE Level 2 back, CE Level 1 knee and is prepared for additional N/A protectors. The high-end protection is made to minimize injuries when things don’t go as planned. This suit also has Fixed sliders. So no worries, with this AAA certified suit you’re covered!

The Atem v4 comfort

The Alpinestars Atem v4 is best suited for Midseason, Summer with its Perforated areas However the suit is not waterproof, for the wetter track days you'll need to get an additional waterproof layer. Compared to a one-piece racing suit, a two-piece suit provides more comfort for street riding. You have a more relaxed stance, and it makes those lunch breaks a whole lot easier.

Tip! Putting on your suit and taking it off can sometimes be a hassle. Especially when it’s warm outside. To make this process easier and increase wearing comfort, we recommend investing in some base layers, just like the racers do. Lightweight material is definitely a go-to, since it will wick sweat away and keep unwanted odors at bay.

faq

Can I also wear the jacket separately from the pants?

That is possible, but with a two-piece suit the connection zipper is usually quite high. The pants are therefore quite long and the jacket quite short. If you wear the jacket on its own, it will usually not match nicely with other pants.

Can I also order the jacket and pants separately, possibly in a different size?

Unfortunately not. The two pieces are considered to be one item. Therefore we cant sell the jacket or pants separately.

Can I drive on the track in a two-piece leather suit?

For most organizations this is not a problem as long as it stays with recreational track driving. To participate in races it is often a requirement that you have a one-piece suit.
