The Alpinestars Atem V4 motorcycle jacket is a great jacket from Alpinestars. A motorcycle jacket is an important piece of your outfit since it protects you in case of a crash, keeps you protected from the elements and arguably most importantly: it shows off your style! This Atem V4 from Alpinestars is a great addition to any rider's wardrobe! Not the right jacket for you? Don't fret, we have plenty of other Alpinestars motorcycle jackets in our collection.
The Atem V4 is constructed from Cowhide leather to provide the needed abrasion resistance. CE Level 1 elbow , CE Level 1 shoulder protectors are included, and it is prepared for Back , Chest protectors. This jacket is suited for riding, and is equipped with a inner lining. When it comes to ventilating properties, this jacket is equipped with No active ventilation.
Your jacket is one of the most visible parts of your outfit, so it is important that it reflects your personality or matches your bike. If you are looking for a jacket, this particular version of the Atem V4 is a great choice! If you are looking for a different color, we have all other color options for the Atem V4 right here!
A laminated membrane ensures that the outer layer of the jacket cannot absorb water. As a result, the jacket will dry faster after a rain shower, and the climate in the jacket remains more pleasant: the outer layer isn't heavy and soaked full of cold water as is the case with a 3-layer system.
Such a 3-layer system gives you a very versatile jacket that you can wear in any season. With both the waterproof and thermal liner removed you have maximum ventilation, with only the waterproof liner it is perfect for spring and autumn and with the thermal liner it is nice and warm on the cold days.
On the "additional information" tab we have indicated for each jacket which protectors are present and whether they are CE level 1 or 2.
The fit of a jacket must match the sitting position on your motorcycle. For example, a sporty jacket is preformed for a sporty posture, and a touring jacket is more suitable for an upright sitting position. A sporty jacket is often tighter with regard to aerodynamics, where a touring jacket is a bit looser for more comfort and room for extra layers against the cold.
