First order with Chromeburner-- very impressed! Ordered Alpinestars Toucan boots, listed at CAD 649 in Canada, but none available. Chromeburner had a full range of sizes, priced at CAD 430! CAD 54 for Fedex. Paid the CAD 62 in taxes and brokerage of CAD 10. Ordered on Monday evening, they arrive (in Vancouver) Wednesday, midday. Transparent communications and shipping info. So, fast, easy, available, and almost CAD 200 cheaper than what I would have been able to order in Canada next spring! I'll be going back for more...

The helmet arrived very quickly, a lot faster than I expected considering it was just before Christmas. I had a question about the helmet and got a fast response. It was a great experience so I ordered a second helmet from them.

Well, we finally received our Chromeburner order which was sent from their warehouse on March 25. It arrived in Ontario on May 5. We suggest you pay for FedEx delivery if you can. We would do that next time. That said, the AlpineStar boots we ordered are GORGEOUS! The price was unbeatable. We learned our lesson about the postal service during these odd times, but aside from that, Chromeburner offers great selection and unbeatable prices. A good company to stick with.

I ordered the AGV carbon sport modular at a great price. The whole process shipped to Canada was 10 days. Great shipping speed.When I recieved the helmet, the chin strap rubbed inside the visor causing scratches on the lower left section.I contacted customer service and they were polite and very speedy to ship a new visor to me on warranty. Completely happy and will definitely buy again from them I the future
