They are comfortable, an eye catcher for style gurus and above all much safer than your daily pair of sneakers. Motorcycle Shoe/Sneaker are an important piece of your gear, they protect your feet and finish your outfit and you can wear them all day! This is exactly what the Walter provides! This Shoe/Sneaker fills the gap between style, protection and comfort and will therefore especially cater to the needs of Urban/Street riders. These Shoe/Sneakers are not as technically advanced or as stiff as racing or motocross type boots, and that's fine. They don't need to be, the Walter gets you ready to ride without sacrificing everyday function and comfort. Do not worry though, they are compliant with CE requirements for motorcycling and provide the needed protection in form of an Ankle cup, Heel cup, Toe cap. Besides protection, the Walter provides Unbranded waterproofing and in terms of ventilation they are equipped with No active ventilation making them perfect for your Midseason riding gear collection. The Laces, Velcro ensure a good fit and secure closure.
The Walter can be worn both on and off the bike, it is important you feel comfortable wearing them and that they fit your style no matter what you are doing. That's why the Walter are available in Black, Grey If this is not the color you are looking for don't worry we have plenty of other color options for the Walter right here!
The fit of boots differs per type, but we can say that each brand has its own (rough) fit. For example, Sidi boots and shoes are quite narrow and Alpinestars is quite wide. Dainese and Forma are exactly in between in terms of fit.
This is a well-known fable, which in our opinion is really completely false. We recommend using the size chart supplied by the manufacturer the find out which size to order. There is Always one exception of course, it is true for Sidi boots that they are quite small. It can sometimes be smart to order them one size larger (especially if you fall in between sizes on the size chart).
With boots, a distinction is made in roughly 3 types; ventilated, not ventilated and not waterproof, and waterproof. Ventilated boots are perfect for the summer. Non-ventilated boots are good to use in midseason and waterproof boots are of course perfect for the rain, whatever the season. Note: there are no typical "winter boots" that are extra warmly lined! You will have to solve this yourself with warm socks.
Most of the boots and shoes on our website are listed in European sizes. Exceptions are, for example, the Alpinestars sneakers / shoes and motocross boots. These are sold in US sizes. Have a good look at the size chart to see how the US and EU sizes relate to each other.
