The OS-BASE is an 'over the seat harness' which allows OS-6, OS-12 or OS-18 ADVENTURE PACKS to be mounted as soft panniers. No heavy metal frames are required, this system provides a super-tough, lightweight carrying solution for the KTM 1050 - 1290
with no drilling or permanent bodywork alterations to the bike. The modular design enables you to modify your luggage set-up to suit your ride - from a day’s single track to longer moto-camping adventure trips. The kit includes additional hardware to strap a tent/roll mat across the seat or mount an OS-ADV PACK or US-DRYPACK as a top bag, to increase the possible waterproof, carrying capacity up to 66 litres. Once the hardware is fitted and the OS-ADV PACKS have been hooked-up to the OS-BASE it takes less than a minute to mount the system to the bike and just seconds to remove it. The set length straps make mounting a breeze and the purpose designed main body shape provides a tight, secure fit whatever the riding conditions.

A tank lock system ensures that you can quickly click and release the tank bag with a simple action. Ideal for when you need to refuel and the bag gets in the way!
Most of the luggage solutions we sell are universal. That does not mean that they fit every motorcycle! Check carefully whether the mounting for your motorcycle works well, whether the shape of the bag / suitcase matches the shape of your motorcycle and take into account, for example, your exhaust or other protruding parts that the bag / suitcase might hit.
Bags are lighter in weight and can often be attached to the bike without a mounting rack. Bags are also soft and therefore preferred for off-road use, to reduce the risk of injury to your legs (if you get under the bike).
Bags are often attached to the motorcycle with straps, making it less easy to quickly detach and attach them which can be a bit of a hassle when you arrive at your destination. In addition, bags can sometimes flap a bit in the wind.
