Connect to your technology and others around you with the system that was made for your helmet. The X-COM communication system fits the Nexx X.WST2, Nexx X.WED2 and Nexx SX.100 helmets. The control panel fits flush into the left side of your helmet, leaving a very slim profile and thus avoiding extra wind noise and reducing vulnerability. The X-Com offers everything you need in a Bluetooth device: connect it to your phone, Bluetooth audio device such as MP3 player or hook it up to your Bluetooth GPS navigation. With a range of up to 900 meters (980 yards) between riders you won't have to worry about losing track of your riding buddies. The X-Com allows for four-way conference intercom, three-way conference phone calls with an intercom participant and can even be upgraded with a Sena SR10 Two-Way Radio Adapter. The Multipoint Bluetooth feature allows pairing for 2 mobile phones.

Can this communication set also connect with that of another brand?

Most modern communication systems have a universal Bluetooth protocol so that they can also link with other brands. Keep in mind that this is often limited to one unit from another brand!

Does this communication system fit in my helmet?

We sell both universal and brand-specific communication systems. Check in the tab "Additional information" for which helmets this system is suitable!

What's in the box?

All necessary components for installation are included in the box with every communication system. Think of clips, adhesive strips, Velcro and other things. With a Duo set everything is double in the box.

Wat is de meerwaarde van een duur systeem ten opzichte van een goedkopere?

Een communicatieset biedt in essentie de mogelijkheid om te communiceren met een ander apparaat, dan wel je navigatie, je mobiel of een andere rijder. De prijs van deze communicatiesets zit onder andere in het design, de bouwkwaliteit maar dus vooral ook in de verbindingsmogelijkheden. Wanneer je alleen muziek wilt luisteren hoef je dus zeker niet het topmodel te nemen waar je tot 15 personen kan communiceren.

I received my new SX100R helmet last week with the Bluetooth extra. I've seen some reviews on the Bluetooth, saying its not loud enough ect. I am categorically stating that as False right now! It does get a bit crackly when on "Top Volume" however I actually ride with the volume at approx 50-80% so it sounds OK. It's never going to be "HD music" in your ear, but it's good enough to enjoy whilst on a ride but still be able to hear your engine which is important. Very easy to use, buttons are very easy to navigate on the ride. A bit fiddly to fit, but being careful and patient it's a simple job.

My personal recommendation, is but one of those "Magnetic" phone chargers and put the micro USB magnet in the charger and keep it there. Lots of reports that the charing port is easy to break as its so small, so atleast now using my Magnetic charger, it's going to be Really easy to charge whilst still being gentle (not putting a cable in and out of it most days).
