Can I get a discount code?
Our deals and discounts vary on a monthly basis. Please find our active discount codes over here.

How does a discount code work?
Put the relevant product in your shopping cart. Go to your shopping cart and enter the discount code in the text box on the right side of the cart and click on apply. The code is now activated and you will see the discount calculated in the total amount.

Can I use a discount code more than once?
Our discount codes are usually valid for a limited time. This time period may vary. You can only use one discount code at a time.

I have placed an order and used a voucher code, but I would like to exchange it for another size/colour. Can I use the discount code again?
As long as the discount code is still active, you can use it. If the code is no longer active, please contact our customer service and they will provide you with a new code to apply the same discount to the new product.

I have a large order in my shopping cart. Can I get an extra discount because of the size of that order?
With our lowest price guarantee, we offer the best prices for all products on our website. We are unable to offer additional discounts for large orders or quantities. If you have found a product cheaper elsewhere (and in stock), please contact our customer service with a price match request.

I just missed out on a monthly deal. Will you honor the deal/discount anyway?
Strictly speaking we will not honor discounts/deals when they are no longer active. However, in some cases we do make an exception to the rule. Please contact our customer support at support@chromeburner.com for more information.
