With the improved fork sensor 2.0, you are even safer on the road. It is part of Helite's innovative electronic airbag systems for motorcyclists, such as the e-Turtle and e-GP-AIR, and now offers longer battery life and a more robust case in addition to optimized crash detection. Thanks to the new, highly developed algorithm, the fork sensor can detect falls more precisely and faster than ever before - from a reaction time of just 31 milliseconds. This enables the airbag to be deployed in good time to offer you maximum protection before you even touch the ground. The new case of the sensor is not only more resistant to external influences, but is also designed to allow easy mounting on motorcycle forks with a diameter of up to 56 mm. With the improved mounting material supplied, you can attach the sensor securely and stably to the front fork. The longer battery life means less worry about the charge status and more time on the road.

Manufacturer's Note:

Helite recommends the sensor for all motorcyclists who ride on the road and are thus exposed to increased dangers from other road users (e.g. a lot of city traffic).
The sensor is unsuitable for use on the race track, as in the event of a power-wheelie it could perceive the vibrations when the front wheel touches down as a fall and trigger the airbag. Since frontal obstacles are unlikely on the race track, camber detection via the fork sensor does not take place on the race track anyway. In the case of high- or lowsiders, the e-GP-AIR can detect the fall in time and trigger it.
