Rukka Storm-R Gore Tex Neck Warmer

The Rukka Storm-R Gore-Tex Neck Warmer reliably protects the neck and throat from wind and water. Lightweight, stretchy GORE-TEX Performance 2-layer laminate is breathable, windproof and waterproof, providing comfortable protection in adverse conditions. The storm collar attaches to the jacket collar with a zipper and is adjustable in width via a velcro strap.
