Would you like to create your own bold look, but not so sure how? We’ll help you! Whether you like bright colours, subtle colours or your whole outfit in one colour: there are plenty of options. Mix colours, brands and riding styles to create your perfect look. In this blog we give you tips and examples for cool mix-outfits and matchy looks that will make people on the street turn around.
You might think that mixing all kinds of colours will be a colourful carnival, but mixing colours together can be super fun. Just because you mix colours doesn't mean your gear can't be stylish. For example, pick a multicoloured helmet that you think is bold and then match every other item in your outfit to one of the colours from your helmet. You can still use black, white or gray as the base colour for this. Such a colour explosion not only looks nice and cheerful, but also very bold! Of course, you can also choose a mix of more subtle colours; the possibilities are endless!
We have put together an outfit with colourful gear for inspiration. Each item in this outfit has a different detail colour, but still fit together. These colours are all reflected in the helmet. That looks super cool, doesn't it?!
Do you still find mixing with all those colours a bit too exciting? Then you can also go for a somewhat safer choice. For example, you can choose gear with only one detail colour, or just neutral colours. Depending on what you like, you can choose an outfit from the same brand and the same series, but you can also mix different brands. There are plenty of items that go well together but are not from the same brand. Dare to take a look at other riding styles, too. Of course, that doesn't mean you have to switch completely, but sometimes a mix in brands and styles can work really well.
To get you started, we have put together a sample outfit. This outfit consists of items from different brands that still go well together. The predominant colour is neutral, combined with one slightly more striking colour. Cool look, right?
