1. Please be aware that the costs for returning a shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Products may be returned within 30 days after receiving your delivery. You can choose for a refund, or to exchange the product for another size, color or another product at a similar price.
• Ensure that all components are intact, including items like visor stickers, labels, and the original packaging. It must be packaged exactly as received for us to accept it as a return.
• Please enclose a completed return form. This information is crucial for processing refunds.
• Place the product box inside a secondary shipping box. Never dispatch the box without this additional layer of protection to ensure safe transit. Write RETOUR on the shipping box.

• Please note: Upon arrival, as per tracking information, your package will still require processing on our end. But don't worry, we will expedite this procedure as quickly as possible.
• Should you have requested to exchange an item for another product, the track and trace code will be send to you as soon as the exchanged product leaves our warehouse. Please note that it may take a bit longer for your exchange to be processed during and after this period. There's no need to contact us for the status of your return shipment. As soon as your return is processed, you'll receive a message automatically.
