11. Entitlement to compensation

  1. Any damage claims from the buyer because of obvious physical defects in the delivered goods are excluded if the defect is not shown to us within two weeks after the goods have been delivered
  2. Our claim to compensation on what legal basis whatsoever (especially in the event of default defects or other duty violations) is limited to the contract-typical, foreseeable damag
  3. The above limitations of liability do not apply to our liability for injury to life, body or health or under the Product Liability Act.
