Safety features

The Moto-3 is a great offroad helmet by Bell for Retro Motocross/Enduro riders. These helmets are specially designed to give you the best experience when causing havoc in the dirt. Offroad helmets feature a larger eyeport to accommodate a pair of MX goggles. They also have a large peak to block sunlight and protect you from roost or low-hanging branches and the roomy chin piece offers more ventilation.

Constructed from Fiberglass / fiber mix, this motorcycle helmet is generally stronger than a polycarbonate shell. These helmets are lightweight, durable and slightly flexible, allowing for excellent impact absorption.

The chinstrap closure is an important part of the helmet's effectiveness in the event of a fall, and it's also the part you interact with the most when putting on and taking off the helmet. The Race Star DLX Flex has a Double-D buckle. This is the oldest type of buckle and, compared to the other types of chinstrap closures, has the simplest design. Yet today it is considered one of the safest closures.

All helmets in our collection are certified and legal for European roads. This helmet is ECE 22.06 approved. Note: The pictures show the helmet with a sticker on the back with DOT approval. However, the helmet we sell is only ECE approved.

The interior of this helmet is provided with an Ionic+ Antimicrobial Comfort Padding. The quick-drying interior padding helps manage sweat while using silver for odor control. In addition, the helmet is fitted with a removable interior, which makes it possible to wash the interior and keep it fresh.
