COVID-19 has, and still is affecting many people and businesses worldwide. Fortunately, here at ChromeBurner we can proceed work even with all national restrictions in place. This means that we can process and fulfill orders in our normal time frame and we will ship orders the same day if they are placed before 5 PM our time (CEST).
However, Please note though that we now see that postal services are having to cope with disruptions in their services. The combination of Covid-19 and the run-up to the holidays make that postal services around the globe simply are very busy. Some packages from home and abroad are unfortunately subject to delays. This is why we strongly suggest to select FedEx shipping during checkout. FedEx is currently still able to perform within their regular service levels. For some countries we currently do not offer standard shipping anymore as we know that postal services have (partially) stopped processing international shipments. For those countries we now only offer FedEx shipping.
Don't worry if you cant return your parcel in time because of Covid-19 related restrictive measures. If you are living in a country with more restrictive measures and you are having difficulties posting your return parcel. We will be flexible with our 30-day return window to help you out!
Due to stricter measures by our government, our showroom has been temporarily closed. As described above, our online service will continue as usual.
