Enduro and Motocross riders take note: In September, Airoh will launch a Six Days special edition of the Aviator 3. The Aviator 3 is the best of the best when it comes to offroad helmets and this special edition takes it to the next level!
The 'International Six Days Enduro', abbreviated ISDE, is a six-day Enduro competition, in which countries compete against each other for first place. In 2021, it is time for the 95th edition of the event and will be ridden from Lombardy to Piedmont, Italy from August 29 to September 4.
The helmet has all the innovative features of the Aviator 3, but is given a unique look by its design. The helmet features special graphics to match the 95th edition of the Six Days, and not forgetting the packaging, which has also been specially designed for this edition. The helmet comes in a limited edition and the production number is engraved on the Aviator by means of laser technology.
The helmet is packed with the latest technology from Airoh to enhance performance and comfort. For example, the helmet comes in four different shell sizes, so it never feels larger than it is. Furthermore, the helmet was practically designed in the wind tunnel to be as aerodynamic as it can be, even at high speed.
The interior of the helmet has been optimized to regulate the temperatures inside through moisture wicking material, as well as the addition of eight vents throughout the helmet. This way, even in extreme conditions, everything stays extremely comfortable.
The inner lining is also removable and washable. Nice detail with the inner lining is the use of magnets, so that cheek pads always stay in place and assembling the interior is as easy as can be.
In terms of safety, the Aviator 3 Six Days is 'top of the range' with the use of Airoh Multi-action Safety System Plus and the Airoh Emergency Fast Release system. The magnetic cheek pads also come in handy, allowing medical staff to act quickly and effectively should things unexpectedly go wrong during your ride
The Aviator 3 is made entirely of carbon, which makes the helmet extremely light (1330 gr.), but also very strong, resulting in the ECE 22-06 certification. Which has even stricter requirements than the 22-05 certification and will soon replace it.
The Airoh Aviator 3 Six Days will be released as a Limited Edition. How many copies Airoh will release is not clear yet. The helmet will be available from early September. In any case, we can't wait for it!
