Safety features of the Avro 4

This Dainese leather racing suit is made of Cowhide leather which provides optimal protection. Cowhide leather is often used in all sorts of motorcycle wear since leather is known for being abrasion resistant and durable. This leather is widely available and more budget-friendly than for example kangaroo leather.. This two-piece racing suit is provided with CE Level 1 elbow, CE Level 1 shoulder, CE Level 1 hip, CE Level 1 knee and is prepared for additional Chest protectors. The high-end protection is made to minimize injuries when things don’t go as planned. This suit also has Removable sliders. So no worries, with this certified suit you’re covered!

The Avro 4 comfort

The Dainese Avro 4 is best suited for Midseason, Summer with its Ventilation zippers chest However the suit is not waterproof, for the wetter track days you'll need to get an additional waterproof layer. Compared to a one-piece racing suit, a two-piece suit provides more comfort for street riding. You have a more relaxed stance, and it makes those lunch breaks a whole lot easier. But what about aerodynamics? When every second counts, you don’t want to be slowed down by drag. This suit has a hump on the back which improves just that.

Tip! Putting on your suit and taking it off can sometimes be a hassle. Especially when it’s warm outside. To make this process easier and increase wearing comfort, we recommend investing in some base layers, just like the racers do. Lightweight material is definitely a go-to, since it will wick sweat away and keep unwanted odors at bay.

The Dainese Avro 4 Looks

There’s no doubt that you will look sporty and speedy with this Black one piece racing suit. You’re ready to go and hit the road! Is this Dainese Avro 4 racing suit not the one you’re looking for? Can I also wear the jacket separately from the pants?

A two-piece motorcycle suit also allows you to wear the jacket and pants separately. This offers additional flexibility, especially when you are not on the motorcycle. You can wear the jacket and pants separately, depending on the situation and weather. The two-piece design is convenient because it combines the advantages of both a one-piece and a two-piece suit, giving you the option of using them separately for more versatility and comfort.

Can I also order the jacket and pants separately, possibly in a different size?

Unfortunately, we can't sell the jacket or pants separately as they are considered a single unit in our sales structure, ensuring compatibility and performance. Our products are designed and sold as complete sets to maintain protection standards. While we understand the desire for flexibility, this approach ensures the quality and safety of our gear. If you need individual pieces, please explore our other options.

Is it allowed to use a two-piece leather suit for track driving?

For the majority of organizations, participating in recreational track sessions while wearing a two-piece leather suit is generally acceptable. However, if you're considering entering official races, it's important to note that many racing events mandate the use of a one-piece suit for enhanced safety.

What does the AAA/AA/A certification mean in motorcycle suits?

The AAA/AA/A certification in motorcycle suits refers to the level of protection they provide. An AAA-certified suit typically offers the highest levels of protection, with abrasion-resistant materials and advanced armor. An AA suit offers good protection, while an A certification represents the basic level. Wearing a properly certified motorcycle suit is crucial for motorcyclists to protect themselves in the event of an accident.
