How do you keep your hands warm in cold temperatures?

Winter is almost upon us again. That means temperatures can also drop considerably, making it cold while riding a motorbike. Often, your hands are the first to get cold. We have the best options here on how to keep your hands warm during these cold temperatures.

Thermal lining gloves

In our range, we have many different types of gloves suitable for the winter season. These gloves are often waterproof and have a thermal lining. The thermal lining is an inner lining that keeps the hands warm during the ride. It is like an extra layer in your glove.

For example, we have some gloves in our range from Rev'it! One example is the Rev'it! Taurus GTX glove. This is warmer for cold days than gloves without lining.

Heated gloves

To get extra warm hands during your ride, we have heated gloves from different brands. These include heated gloves from the Macna, Five and Claw brands. These gloves are all heated by means of rechargeable batteries. Some brands then have a battery at the wrist and some even allow you to wear the battery through the jacket. With this option, you won't have a cube in the way and it will also bother you less during the ride.

It is also possible to buy unloading and extra batteries. This allows you to quickly alternate and always have heated gloves. The charger is often not included and has to be bought separately. We also have the batteries for Macna's heated gloves on the website.

To get completely heated hands while riding, these gloves are ideal. It heats the hands completely, giving you extra warm hands.

Heated grips

There is also an option to choose heated grips. These are grips from the Tecno Globe brand. These grips are attached over the existing grips. These therefore fit a 22mm handle and are available in two lengths, 120 mm and 130 mm. There are no less than 5 different heating settings on them so you can set it exactly to your liking.

The disadvantage of these heated grips is that you often still have cold fingertips because they are not continuously around the handle. The advantage of these handles is that you can use it with your own gloves.

Undergloves

To get warm hands while wearing your own gloves, we have undergloves as a final option. These are thin gloves that can be worn under your own gloves. These often retain heat better, making your hands less likely to get cold. This is a good option if you don't have very warm gloves of your own and these undergloves give you an extra layer of lining, so to speak.
