The elastic Pent-Axial system on the back is a further development of the proven Tri-Axial concept and, thanks to its five-dimensional elasticity, allows even greater freedom of movement when leaning into corners. This innovative technology adapts seamlessly to the motorcyclist's movements and ensures maximum flexibility. Like all latest-generation D-air® suits, the Misano 3 Perf. D-air® WMN is equipped with the revolutionary D-air® RACING SHIELD 3X system. The Racing Shield airbag integrated into the suit can be activated three times and specifically protects the neck, collarbones and shoulders – the areas most at risk in crashes on the racetrack. Thanks to state-of-the-art gas generators, the system can be recharged independently. For maximum comfort and optimal ergonomics, the suit features the Veloce Racing Neck system, which reduces pressure on the neck while improving mobility. Pro-Armor protectors on the shoulders and soft protectors on the hips offer additional protection. The self-locking zips on the cuffs replace the classic Velcro fasteners and ensure a more precise fit. In addition, the Soft Edges Construction system allows flexible adjustment to different arm shapes and lengths. All cuffs are made of a soft, abrasion-resistant fabric that ensures both comfort and durability. The aluminium plates on the knees, shoulders and elbows – a trademark of Dainese racing clothing – are designed to support sliding in the event of a fall and reduce the risk of dangerous rollovers. The Replaceable Slider System (RSS) allows for quick replacement of the knee sliders without changing the Velcro position. The replaceable elbow sliders can be adjusted to two predefined positions to optimally support individual riding styles and angles of inclination. In addition to safety, thermal comfort also plays a crucial role: perforated fabric inserts on both sides of the suit and extended ventilation zones ensure optimal air circulation and pleasant cooling.
