The Knox Aegis Back Protector is one of Knox's best-selling Level 2 protectors and offers one of the largest areas of protection for the back. Designed for maximum safety and freedom of movement, it is ideal for sporty riding on the road and the racetrack. The combination of a shock-absorbing honeycomb structure and a robust outer shell provides reliable impact protection, while the flexible sliding spine moves naturally with the body. Thanks to its open cell structure, the protector remains pleasantly cool and well ventilated even under intense stress.

The Aegis has also been tested at extreme temperatures from +40°C to -20°C – perfect for year-round use. The removable, washable liner keeps the protector fresh at all times. A Knox Micro-Lock chest protector can be added as an option. With numerous adjustment options, soft shoulder straps with quick-release fasteners, and different sizes for men and women, the Aegis offers a precise, secure fit. Also suitable for other sports such as mountain biking, snowboarding, or skiing.
