The Rukka Storm-R Gore Tex Ladies Neck Warmer reliably protects the neck and throat from wind and water. Lightweight, stretchy Gore-Tex Performance 2-layer laminate is breathable, windproof and waterproof, providing comfortable protection in adverse conditions. The storm collar attaches to the jacket collar with a zipper and is adjustable with a velcro strap.
