Our colleague Mark has just taken delivery of his new GasGas MC 250F and, of course, such a sleek bike requires a nice new outfit. Mark likes to wear a neutral outfit with some color accents that match the bike. In this blog, we take you through his MX/Cross outfit.
He chose the FLY Racing Kinetic set in the cool black/grey colourway with camouflage print. The Kinetic set is in the middle of FLY Racing's range. It features a comfort mesh inner lining for increased comfort and good ventilation. The stretch rip-stop panels present ensure freedom of movement and leather panels are also fitted against the heat of the block. The trousers are suitable for most types of knee protection. The shirt consists of a large number of different panels so you won't have to deal with stitching in annoying places. The large amount of mesh panels promotes ventilation. The Kinetic range is available from us in 8 different colourways.
For the gloves, Mark chose the Lite, FLY Racing's entry-level model. Mark prefers as minimalistic a glove as possible and thus deliberately chose this model without knuckle protection.
The best protection for your feet still comes in the form of the Sidi Crossfire 3 SRS. Mark opted for the full black colourway but of course you can choose from numerous colourways with which you can mix and match your own MX/Enduro outfit to your heart's content!
For the helmet, Mark once again chose FLY Racing. The Formula Carbon helmet is the absolute top model. As the name implies, this helmet is made of carbon fiber and is therefore extremely light. Another important feature of this helmet is the RHEON technology: energy-absorbing elements around the head greatly reduce the forces on the head in case of impact. This greatly reduces the risk of head injury. Mark is very pleased that FLY Racing includes an extra visor with the helmet as standard - just in case!
Fairly new to our range are Oakley's motocross glasses. Mark wears the Oakley Front Line. The lens is quick to change thanks to Ridge Lock technology and the Outrigger system provides increased comfort. There are small cut-outs in the frame, making it suitable for glasses wearers as well.
