Alpinestars Tech-Air MX Motocross Airbag Vest

The Alpinestars Tech-Air® MX Motocross Airbag Vest offers state-of-the-art protection technology specifically designed for motocross and supercross. Developed based on decades of experience in MotoGP™ and the Dakar Rally, the system delivers precise, fast and reliable protection even under the toughest conditions. Compact, autonomous and integrated into a lightweight chest protector, the Tech-Air® MX protects the upper body and shoulders without restricting freedom of movement. Four selectable riding modes allow adaptation to different off-road disciplines and offer maximum safety and versatility. The intuitive LED display and Bluetooth connection enable easy monitoring, system management and firmware updates via the Tech-Air® app.

  • Autonomous airbag system for precise and rapid protection
  • Four selectable riding modes for MX, enduro or rally
  • Automatic airbag deployment in approx. 40 ms for immediate impact absorption
  • Can be worn over or under MX gear for maximum flexibility
  • Bluetooth connectivity for system monitoring and firmware updates
  • Integrated LED display with charge indicator, system status and riding modes; USB-C charging port
  • Firmware updates via Tech-Air® app
  • Fully autonomous system without external sensors

  • Nucleon PLASMA back protector with honeycomb ventilation (EN1621-2), Level 1
  • Airbag protection for vital areas: shoulders, chest and back
  • ECE R10 04 homologation for electromagnetic stability
  • Breathable stretch mesh vest for ergonomic fit and freedom of movement
  • Removable ECU and airbag for easy cleaning and maintenance
  • Operating temperature range -10°C to +50°C
